What Are Your Shipping Policies?

We mainly ship with USPS flat rate shipping to save your shipping cost. We may also ship with priority mail and/or with insurance, or UPS ground for domestic addresses. We do not offer rush service, so buy early is the key.

We do not ship internationally for any of our cameras and AC Adaptors. no exception.

We do not offer a local pickup service, no exception.

Items usually ship next business day, but no later than 3 days of cleared payment. If the order is received before 7am during week days, we may ship it the same day. You will receive an email with the shipping info. If you do not receive an email, please check your Junk Mail (Spam) folder prior to email us.

Shipping insurance is optional, but strongly recommended. We are not responsible for shipping loss or damage if buyer select not to purchase shipping insurance.

For international buyers, any order above $50 must use shipping with tracking.

What Are Your Return Policies?

Depending on the item, the return policy will vary, please check the item description to see which of the three following return policies falls under.

100% SATISFACTION: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be more than happy to give you a refund of your purchase price less the shipping and handling charges. Refunds are available withing 3 days for cameras and 7 days for all the parts after you receive your item. Refunds will be given only after we receive the retuning item in the same condition it left here in.

GUARANTEED AGAINST DOA (Dead On Arrival): A DOA item is an item that does not work as described in the item description. This excludes items that do not work as a result of shipping damages. We pack carefully, inspect and test all merchandise, its our discretion if an item is defective or damaged during shipping.

Defective items must be in non-working condition for return. For return, a RMA must be requested withing 3 days of receipt, and item must be returned within 14 days. Purchase price is refunded only on return, shipping cost and insurance are non-refundable. If you return an item and it powers on and works for us, no refund will be made.

Open Box items are in like new condition unless otherwise stated. Since these items have been removed from the box, a small percentage may have tiny blemishes or minor scratches that were not seen during inspection. Units will not be accepted for return due to any cosmetic blemishes.

AS IS (Sale is Final): This is simply as stated, the item cannot be returned. This usually applies to items that are being sold disclosed already defective, are used, or close outs.

SHIPPING DAMAGE: An item that is damaged during shipping will not be issued a RMA. All items damaged during shipping will require an insurance claim with the carrier. A refund will then be made when payment is received from the carrier for the claim.

What Are the Accepted Payment Methods?

We prefer PayPal payment, also accept major credit cards payment through PayPal, and money order or personal check. Payment must be made or sent within 3 days. If you need longer time, please email us before buying.

If we do not receive your payment and do not hear from you after 3 days, we keep the right to cancel the transaction at any time.

For payment made with PayPal, we only ship to PayPal confirmed shipping address.

For payment made with personal check, we will not ship until the payment is cleared in the bank.
